Otto holds a Certificate of Successful Subrogation and has 25 years experience in the construction business servicing Kaping Construction clients.
Tina Conaway, General Manager
IICRC Certified in Water Damage Restoration and Fire & Smoke Restoration
With more than 23 years of estimating property damage experience, Tina holds both a CAHA Certificate (California Unfair Claims Settlement Practices Regulations) and Certificate of Successful Subrogation. Prior to joining Kaping Construction over 13 years ago, she was a multiline claims adjuster for more than a decade.
Keith Garcia, Estimator/Senior Project Manager
IICRC Certified in Water Damage Restoration and Fire & Smoke Restoration
Keith holds a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Management with a Minor in Business Administration. He has spent 17 years in public relations and 12 years of construction estimating experience with Kaping Construction. He holds a Certificate of Successful Subrogation.
Steve Stone, Estimator/Senior Project Manager

Steve boasts 16 years of experience in carpentry and overall construction, highlighting 6 years dedicated to remodeling. He holds a Certificate of Successful Subrogation and has more than 14 years of estimating experience.
Pam Zenteno, Estimator/Project Manager

With 18 years of experience in the construction industry, Pam has served as an independent property claims adjuster for more than a decade. She has been serving Kaping Construction clients for 5 years.
Dave Farrell, Water Damage & Mold Remediation Project/Operations Manager
IICRC Certified in Water Damage Restoration and Odor Control
Dave brings 6 years of experience as a water damage/mold remediation technician. Prior to joining our team, he served as a crew chief and estimator/marketing manager for 4 years. Dave has been in the construction industry for more than 8 years.
Frances Cortina, Bookkeeper
Frances brings over 23 years of bookkeeping experience to Kaping Construction, with 15 of those years specifically dedicated to the construction industry.
Andy Warren, Administrative Supervisor
Andy is certified as a Water Restoration and
Anti-Microbial Remediation Technician, and is a member of the IICRC. He is trained in all current versions of Xactimate, Quickbooks, and all other facets of word processing. He has been serving Kaping Construction clients for 2 years.
