Otto holds a Certificate of Successful Subrogation and has 28 years experience in the construction business servicing Kaping Construction clients.
Tina Conaway, General Manager
IICRC Certified in Water Damage Restoration and Fire & Smoke Restoration
With more than 26 years of estimating property damage experience, Tina holds both a CAHA Certificate (California Unfair Claims Settlement Practices Regulations) and Certificate of Successful Subrogation. Prior to joining Kaping Construction over 16 years ago, she was a multiline claims adjuster for more than a decade.
Keith Garcia, Estimator/Senior Project Manager

Keith holds a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Management with a Minor in Business Administration. He has spent 17 years in public relations and 12 years of construction estimating experience with Kaping Construction. He holds a Certificate of Successful Subrogation.

Frances brings over 23 years of bookkeeping experience to Kaping Construction, with 15 of those years specifically dedicated to the construction industry.

Andy is certified as a Water Restoration and
Anti-Microbial Remediation Technician, and is a member of the IICRC. He is trained in all current versions of Xactimate, Quickbooks, and all other facets of word processing. He has been serving Kaping Construction clients for 5 years.
